No, although we specialise in sports injuries, we also have a large client base of everyday aches and pains!

If you have recently suffered a sporting injury or have ongoing pain then yes we can help! We have treated a wide range of aches and pains, from pre-existing medical conditions to one off sport injuries.

Please don't be nervous! Our aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible! We'll guide you through every step, starting with a thourough injury assessment followed by several treatments to start you off on your rehab journey. At the end of the session we will provide you with a rehab plan which will include exercises for you to do at home until our next session.

Whether you're injured or not, our plans can help you be in the best physical shape you can be. Our injury prevention plan, our stability plan or our mobility plan all focus on important aspects of physical activity, so if you know you'd benefit from one of these then you can start with a general assessment to see where you can improve. Typically people don't know they need to improve until the assessment!

For cancellations within 48hrs there will be a charge of 50% of the session price, and for cancellations within 24hrs there is a full price charge. Being mobile I book clients in based on where they live and cancellations can sometimes leave me with time doing nothing in between clients so if you need to cancel please let me know as early as possible.

Whatever you're comfortable in, as long as we can easily access and treat the injured area!

No! We provide all of the equipment needed, all we need from you is a space big enough for a massage table and some simple movements e.g. squats & lunges.

We accept cash, card and bank transfer!

Yes, our youngest client to date is 4 years old! Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

No - we are 100% mobile so only treat at your home, sports club or place of work.
