Single Sessions
Injury Assessment
Have a new pain, or ache that just won't go away? This session includes a thorough assessment to find out what's causing your discomfort, including a posture assessment, functional movements, and specific muscle tests for flexibility and strength. By the end of the session you will have a clear understanding of your injury, as well as an exercise plan to complete at home until our next session, working on all of the attributes and muscles needed to get you back to your optimal performance.

Injury Rehab Session
Following on from your initial injury assessment, these sessions will continue to work on the aims discussed in the first session to get you back taking part in the activities you love! The session will start with the relevant retests of strength and flexibility through the associated muscles or joints, and will then continue with a series of treatment modalities which can include manual stretches, sports massage, joint mobilisations, or functional strength training. Please note the preferred style of rehab is to get you up and moving as much as possible as early as possible, so only necessary and beneficial treatment will be given on the couch.

Sports Massages
Aim: To help you prepare or recover from sporting activity.
Are you preparing for your next marathon or just looking to recover from your weekly fixture? This plan is the one for you! With three different session times to choose from, the area you would like massaged really dictates which one suits you best. If it's just one area you're needing help with, such as upper or lower back, then 45 minutes will be enough time. For several different muscle groups, such as all lower leg muscles (glutes, hamstrings, calves and quads), then 60 minutes will suit you better. 90 minute sessions will allow any more areas to be treated, including whole body.

Personal Plans
Injury Transformation Plan
Aim: To get you pain free and back playing the sport you love, at your optimum level.
This plan is perfect for you if you've recently suffered an injury from your sport or activity, or you've had persistent pain that isn't going away, that is effecting your level of performance. The very first session will include a thorough assessment and will explore the cause of your pain, the muscles or structures involved, and an education of what we need to do during the rehab. You'll have an exercise plan to do at home in between our sessions, focussing on attributes such as strength, range of movement and joint control. The following sessions will begin with some retests to monitor your improvement, with the rest of the time split between a variety of modalities to continue working on the attributes discussed, as well as very functional based rehab.

Important: The last but most important session involves movements or scenarios based on your sport, to give you the confidence to return to training on your own.

Injury Prevention Plan
Aim: To minimise your risk to injury during activity.
This plan is perfect for you if you constantly find yourself with niggles, would say you're fairly injury prone, or you're looking to take that next step in making sure you can continue your high level of performance. The first session will include a screening of movements to assess your current risk, taking into consideration your past injury history. The following sessions will include functional movements to increase specific attributes such as strength, balance, and mobility through one or several joints. All movements will be sport specific, to replicate game scenarios or movements that are relevant to your sport.

Mobility and Flexibility Transformation Plan
Aim: To increase your ability to move freely through one or several joints.
Constantly find yourself struggling with tight muscles or limited range of movement through joints that are affecting your performance? This plan is perfect for you! Choose from a specific plan targeting joints or muscles you want to improve in, or aim to become flexible throughout your whole body. The first session will include an assessment of your current ranges through the chosen joint(s), with each follow up using a series of modalities to improve your flexibility and mobility. Start getting rid of any stiffness or limitations today!

Posture Transformation Plan
Aim: To improve poor posture that is causing you pain.
Think your rounded shoulders are causing your neck pain? Or your arched back is causing you lower back pain? Maybe you've started working at home more and your set up isn't correct? If you think your posture is causing you pain, then this is the plan for you! The first session will include a complete posture assessment, starting at your ears and finishing at your ankles. The follow up sessions will work on strengthening, stretching, or anything else needed to improve your posture and reduce your pain.

Important: There is no such thing as a poor posture - unless it's causing you pain.
​

Stability Improvement Plan
Aim: To improve your performance by increasing your stability in your upper or lower limbs.
Balance and joint stability is integral to your sport, so why neglect it? The first session will include an assessment of your current ability, followed by some exercises to continue with at home. The following sessions will be filled with fun and progressive exercises to increase your stability, leading up to sport specific, challenging movements.

Important: Good joint stability will also help with injury reduction.
​

Elite Athlete Package
Aim: To look after your body like an elite athlete.
​
Just because you don't perform at an elite level doesn't mean you can't take care of yourself like one! This plan is perfect for you if you train and play hard, but don't give yourself the best chance of maintaining those high levels of performance. This monthly package includes:

The injury prevention plans will be reviewed monthly to make sure the exercises are challenging and still pushing you to help you stay injury free. The review can take place either at the end of the sports massage session or via a video call.

Aim: To treat several club members.
Does your club have a long list of injured players? This is the perfect package for you!
A Team Night takes place on your club's training night, at your chosen facilities. Each player will have a 30 minute session which involves a full injury assessment, and a progressive rehab plan for the following weeks.
​
If some players just need some maintenance, Sports Massages can be supplemented instead of injury assessments at no extra cost. If your club has more than 4 members that need treatment they can also be added at £25/member.
​
Important: All sessions are at the clubs facilities, with a list of members sent prior to the session.
​
